How Material Costs Work: Zero Markups, Two Simple Options
We believe in absolute transparency. We never hide sneaky markups inside the cost of your paint, tile, or lumber. When it comes to getting materials to the job site, you choose the option that fits your schedule best:
Option A (Hands-Free)
We handle the heavy lifting. We source, select, and transport all materials directly to your home. We simply require 50% down on the project quote to cover the cost of supplies, and any extra required runs are added transparently to the final bill.
Option B (DIY Sourcing):
You buy the supplies yourself. If you already have the exact LVP flooring, paint color, or tile on-site and ready to go, we require $0 deposit. We show up and charge strictly for our expert labor and trade hardware (screws, tape, glues).
Where We Draw the Line: To ensure your home stays fully compliant with Colorado Springs building codes and to protect your safety, we stick to cosmetic and structural craftsmanship. We do not take on major plumbing, electrical grids, gas lines, full roofing, or anything that requires pulling a city permit. If it needs a permit, we’ll gladly tell you upfront so you can hire the right specialist.
